Day 30

Breakfast
2 poached eggs with mushrooms.

Lunch
Greek salad. Mix together chopped romaine lettuce, cucumber, celery, tomato, olives with 50g tuna and 30g feta cheese. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.

Dinner 
Cajun Chicken. Sauté 100g chicken breast diced with onion, garlic, smoked paprika until golden then add chopped red pepper, canned sweet corn, and 1/2 can of mixed beans. Simmer until cooked. Serve with salad.

Snack
Celery sticks and hummus.

Exercise
Cardio: five minutes of steady paced cardio, ten minutes of interval training – 2 minutes fast, 2 minutes slow, repeat – five minutes of steady paced cardio.

 

Tip
Don’t give up on your exercise and healthy eating plan. Keep going beyond the 30 days and enjoy feeling fitter and slimmer!
