Day 29

Breakfast
150g Greek yoghurt with 30g low sugar granola.

Lunch
1 fillet hot smoked trout or salmon served with mixed salad.

Dinner
Vegetable chilli. Simmer in a pan ½ can chopped tomatoes, ½ can of kidney beans, ½ onion, chopped, 1 courgette chopped, 1 red pepper chopped, pinch of chilli powder, paprika. Add a little stock if needed. Serve with 50g cooked rice.

Snack
30g nuts, piece of fruit.

 

Salmon salad

Exercise
40-45 minutes of cardio of your choice. Remember you can break it up into separate chunks during the day, or you can break it up on various machines if you’re in a gym, e.g. 20 minutes cross-trainer, 25 minutes treadmill. Try to vary it to keep motivation levels up.
