Day 27

Breakfast
1 grapefruit, 2 poached eggs with mushrooms.

Lunch
Chicken soup with 2 crispbreads with side salad.

Dinner
Chilli prawn skewers with salsa. Thread 6 raw king prawns onto skewers. Brush with sweet chilli sauce and grill for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Serve with salsa and steamed vegetables.

Snack
150g Greek yoghurt with handful of berries.

Rest day.

Tip
Don’t worry too much about the scales – fat weighs less than muscle and if you’ve been following the toning workout then you will have gained lean muscle tissue. Muscle weighs ten times as much as fat. So if you are weighing yourself you might find that your weight goes up before it goes down. Try taking measurements instead.
