Day 25

Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms.

Lunch
Leftover steak with large mixed salad.

Dinner
Tofu and veg stir-fry. Cook 100g tofu and 1/2 bag of stir-fried vegetables. Serve with 50g cooked rice noodles.

Snack
1 cup of miso soup, 1 satsuma.

Exercise
Cardio: five minutes of steady paced cardio, 10 minutes of interval training – 2 minutes fast, 2 minutes slow, repeat – five minutes of steady paced cardio.

 

Tip
Make sure you drink plenty of water. Water not only regulates body temperature and helps to eliminate toxins, it also helps you to feel full. Try to drink more water and cut back on sugar in coffee or fizzy drinks. The clearer the drink, the less calories it will contain.
