Day 24

Breakfast
Overnight oats. Place 30g oats with 2tbsp mixed seeds in a bowl and soak in almond milk overnight. Top with grated apple to serve.

Lunch 
Lentil and vegetable soup, 2 rice cakes and side salad.

Dinner
Steak (make enough for tomorrow). Rub 2 steaks with steak seasoning and griddle until cooked to your liking. Served with steamed vegetables and 2 new potatoes.

Snack
2 seeded crackers with 2 tsp nut butter.
