Day 23

Breakfast
150g Greek yoghurt, 2 tbsp seeds and 100g chopped melon.

Lunch
Roasted tomatoes with 1 slice of rye toast. Roast 4 cherry tomatoes and serve with 1 slice rye toast, 30g goat’s cheese and salad.

Dinner
Homemade meatballs in passata (sieved tomato) made with 100g turkey mince. Served with steamed green vegetables.

Snack
Pulsin bar.

 

Exercise
Abdominal workout: Pick four of the eight exercises from the ab workout PDF and perform three sets of 20 repetitions of each.

Tip
Find a workout buddy – bored with your exercise routine? Ask a friend to join you on a brisk walk, jog or in an exercise class and make it a social occasion. It’ll be more fun and you’ll be less likely to skip a workout.
