Day 22

Breakfast
Berry shake. Blend 1 banana with handful of berries, 250ml milk or almond milk and 1 scoop protein powder.

Lunch
Chicken soup served with a side salad.

Dinner
1 grilled salmon fillet brushed with pesto, 50g cooked wild rice and steamed vegetables.

Snack
2 crispbreads topped with nut butter.


Exercise

Cardio: five minutes of steady paced cardio of your choice, 10 minutes of interval training – 2 minutes fast, 2 minutes slow, repeat – five minutes of steady paced cardio.
