Day 19

Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with 30g smoked salmon and wilted spinach.

Lunch
Leftover chicken stew.

Dinner
Chilli beef. Toss 100g strips of beef in a little cornflour. Fry until golden. Add a bag of stir fry vegetables, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic and oyster sauce and cook until tender.

Snack
Small bag of plain popcorn.

 

Exercise
Abdominal workout: pick four of the eight exercises and perform two sets of 20 repetitions of each exercise.

Flat belly
