Serve 3 tbsp cottage cheese with large slice of melon and 2 gluten free oat cakes.
2 egg omelette with wafer ham and salad.
Tofu and vegetable curry. Sauté ½ red onion in a little olive oil with 1tsp Thai curry paste and 120g cubed firm tofu. Add ½ chopped sweet potato and ½ can coconut milk. Simmer for 5 minutes then add 100g green beans. Simmer for a further 5 minutes until tender. Serve with salad.
1 apple topped with 2 tsp peanut butter.
