Day 16

Breakfast
Berry Protein boost. Blend 1 scoop protein powder with 250ml almond milk, plus 100g frozen berries and 3 tbsp plain yoghurt.

Lunch
Beef Wrap. Fill 1 wholegrain tortilla wrap with roast beef, lettuce, 1 tomato, chopped and a little plain yoghurt or mayo.

Dinner
Cod nuggets. Cut up a 120g cod fillet and toss in a little cornflour, then egg then breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 mins until golden. Serve with large salad and steamed vegetables.

Snack
1 hard-boiled egg, 1 satsuma.

 

Exercise
Abdominal workout: pick four of the eight exercises from the ab workout PDF and perform two sets of 20 repetitions of each.

Tip
If you start getting bored with your exercise then mix it up. Vary the order of the exercises for example.
