Day 11

Breakfast
30g low sugar granola, 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt and handful of berries.

Lunch
Spinach tortilla. Ladle 2 eggs, handful of spinach and 1 small potato grated into a frying pan and cook. Serve with a mixed salad.

Dinner
Quick stir-fry. Sauté a bag of stir fry vegetables with a little garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Toss in 100g cooked chicken and a little sweet chilli sauce.

Snack
Cucumber slices and pitted olives.

Exercise
Cardio: 10 minutes of steady paced cardio of your choice, then 10 minutes of interval training – 1 minute fast, 1 minute slow, repeat, then add 30 minutes of steady paced cardio at the end.
