Wedge of melon, 30g cottage cheese, 2 oat cakes.

Lunch
Leftover burrito bowl.

Dinner
Lean steak with spinach and green beans. Grill 100g lean steak and serve together with green beans and wilted spinach and a side salad.

Snack
Pulsin bar.
