Day 9

Breakfast
Poached egg with 1 slice toast and tomatoes.

Lunch
Bake 1 small sweet potato in the oven (or microwave), and top with a 100g cooked prawns or salmon, accompany with green salad.

Dinner
Vegan burrito bowls (makes enough for tomorrow). Cook 90g wholegrain rice until tender. Sauté ½ onion with 1 celery stalk and 1 red pepper chopped and a little smoked paprika and cumin. Tip in a tin of cooked kidney beans and 1 tbsp tomato puree. Add a little stock and simmer until cooked. Serve with the rice and shredded lettuce.

Snack
Small pot of hummus with carrot sticks.

Exercise
Pick four of the eight exercises from the ab workout PDF and perform three sets of 15 repetitions of each.
