Blueberry overnight oats. Place 30g rolled oats in a bowl with 30g natural yoghurt and 40ml almond milk with handful of blueberries. Soak overnight in the fridge. Top with yogurt to serve.
Leftover chicken stew.
Prawn and vegetable curry. Sauté 100g cooked prawns, handful of green beans, chopped yellow pepper, handful of spinach and ½ can coconut milk with 2 tsp curry paste. Serve with 3 tbsp cooked wholegrain rice.
½ small avocado.
Cardio day. 30 minutes of steady paced walking, cycling, jogging or other cardio exercise of your choice.
