Day 5

 

Breakfast
1 scrambled egg with 30g smoked salmon and one slice of wholegrain toast or gluten free toast.

Lunch
Falafel Wrap. Spread a wholegrain wrap with a little hummus. Top with 2 cooked falafels and handful of lettuce. Serve with side salad.

Dinner
Beef Stew (makes enough for tomorrow). Heat a little oil in a casserole and lightly fry 150g diced beef for 2 minutes. Add 50g baby pickled onions, 2 carrots chopped, 4 button mushrooms and 1 red pepper chopped. Pour over 250ml beef stock. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180°C. Serve with steamed greens.

Snack
1 satsuma.

 

Exercise
Ab workout. Pick four of the eight abdominal exercises shown on the ab workout PDF and perform two sets of 15 repetitions of each.
